Here we show the Spearman correlation of the ΔCT values with the base 2 logarithm of microarray expression for each RT-PCR sample. The left four samples come from card A and consist of two different reverse transcription reactions each performed on one of two different days. The right four samples come from card B and consist of two pre-amplified and two non-amplified RT-PCR samples.
