The Venn diagram for the distribution of methylation sites in promoters, introns or exons. This Venn diagram compared the numbers of methylation sites in promoters, introns and exons. There are 639 genes that are differentially methylated in intron, 688 genes in promoters and 481 genes in exons. Genes which have been more than one regions are 23 (intron and promoter), 23 (intron and exon) and 26 (promoter and exon), respectively.
