Also included are some proteins that are known to be of higher abundance, but which were not detected in our experiments, and these were included to demonstrate that fact. The protein name, known plasma protein concentration, the number of unique peptides identifying the protein, the summed Mascot score and the MW is shown and the table has been sorted in descending order with the protein possessing the highest known protein concentration listed first.
