A direct interactions (DI) "global" network for the genes up-regulated in glaucomatous ONHAs. The network was generated using a subset of over-expressed (fold change >2.5) genes from the combined microarray data set as an input. The top four interconnected (>20 edges) hubs are marked with cyan circles, less connected (10–20 edges) with pink ovals.
