PCA using 346-probeset signature derived from the combined index cohorts shows that ER- samples from the Ivshina et al., Rouzier et al., and Sotiriou et al. cohorts (blue symbols) associate with either the molecular apocrine (red symbols) or the non-molecular apocrine (green symbols) phenotypes from the index cohorts.
