  1. There was no significant relationship between genotype frequency and diagnosis group in cohort 3. The Odds ratio (OR) and p-value statistic for each diagnosis group frequency comparison to control group frequency were as follows: BPD -- OR = 1.13, p = 1.0; MDD -- OR = 1.44, p = 0.50; SZ -- OR = 0.72, p = 0.51).
