Immunohistochemistry reaction with AnxA5 antibody showed the presence of gold particles on the cytoplasm of apoptotic cells. Hep-2 cells (A) without treatment and (B) treated with conditioned medium from fibroblast culture (FCM) show AnxA5 immunoreactivity.
