Position of one blood sample in heterozygous. The allelic disparity, amplification or deletion of one paired sample (blood-tumour) is illustrated in the heterozygous region. The position of one blood sample is denoted by (x 1 ,y 1 ) in the heterozygous region (AB). The same sample in the tumour can be either unaltered or shifted toward minor allele (AA-homozygous-amplification (x 3 ,y 3 ), AA-homozygous-deletion (x 4 ,y 4 )), major allele (BB-homozygous-amplification (x 2 ,y 2 ) or BB-homozygous-deletion (x 5 ,y 5 )). B-allele frequency is used for allelic disparity and Log R ratio for amplification or deletion.
