From: MicroRNA expression signature in human abdominal aortic aneurysms
A network of the interactions of the miRNA target genes. Ingenuity Pathway Analysis® tool was used to generate the network from experimentally observed miRNA–mRNA interactions of miR-133a/miR-133b, miR-204, and miR-331-3p. Molecules shown in red (increased expression) and green (decreased expression) were identified in our previous microarray study [9]. Solid lines represent direct interactions and dashed lines indirect interactions.
