  1. *Genes were sorted in descending order by the difference in the average normalized gene expression values between the high and low TG groups. The overlap p-values were calculated using a two-tail Fisher’s exact test. All p-values pass the Bonferroni correction for the nine statistical tests performed (p-value<5.6 x 10-3).
