  1. Pathways identified in MetaCore were grouped into functional categories according to the MetaCore classification tool (first column). The number of affected pathways within the functional categories is presented in separate columns for cyclosporin A (CsA) and chlorpromazine (CPZ). MetaCore analysis revealed a total of 204 (CsA) and 125 (CPZ) significantly altered pathways (p < 0.005). All identified pathways are presented in Additional file 6: Table S3.
