WRN copy number alterations (A), methylation (B) and gene expression (C) show differential levels between stage I & II disease and stage III and IV disease. The deletion of WRN by copy number alterations is higher at ~56% in stage III & IV than in stage I & II (~34%). Methylation is slightly higher and gene expression is generally lower in advanced clinical stage disease.Back to article page
