The figure displays a heatmap depicting the number of drug-disease tuples for a drug annotation level (MeSH terms attached to the disease MeSHOP) on the x-axis and a MeSHOP comparison score on the y-axis. MeSHOP similarity scores were calculated using L2 distance. The degree of drug annotation, measured as the total number of distinct MeSH terms associated with a drug, is inversely correlated (Pearson correlation score of -0.33) with the similarity score.
