SNPs with only regulatory potential observed in cancer or normal cells are colored in red and green, respectively. The red arrows in B highlight a set of correlated SNPs, rs1391720, rs1391721 and rs1292011 that overlaps 15 to 16 TAF ChIP-seq peaks.
