Comparison between DR-neutral and DR-affecting nsSNVs on evolutionary conservation and biochemical severity. Cumulative frequency distributions were plotted on evolutionary rate (A) and the Grantham distance (B) for DR-neutral (solid line) and DR-affecting (broken line) variants in DrugVar. Evolutionary rate was estimated using Kumar et al. [27] method applied to the multiple alignments of 46 species obtained from the UCSC Genome Browser [31].
