Survival analysis of stage I lung adenocarcinomas using continuous scoring of the Lee et al. and the Bhattacharjee et al. datasets. The relationship between the expression levels of genes comprising the “Fibroblast specific BMP2 induced gene list” and the overall and disease-specific survival based on continuous scoring as described in the methods section. The Kaplan-Meier curves for (A) overall survival in the Lee et al. dataset and (B) disease specific survival and (C) overall survival in the Bhattacharjee et al. dataset are presented.
