Expression levels of IL-10, IL-10Rα, and IL-10Rβ in cutaneous and uveal melanoma cell lines. Total RNA was extracted from cutaneous (G361 and GR-M) and uveal (OCM-1) melanoma cells, reverse-transcribed, and analyzed by qPCR. mRNA levels of IL-10, IL-10Rα, and IL-10Rβ were normalized by using the housekeeping gene β-actin as the inner control.
