IL-10/IL-10R system and miR-15a, miR-185, miR-211 expression in cutaneous and uveal melanoma samples. Total RNA was extracted from 35 normal skin specimens, 52 cutaneous melanomas, and 41 uveal melanomas, reverse-transcribed, and analyzed by qPCR to determine the relative amounts of IL-10, IL-10Rα, IL-10Rβ mRNA (a) and miR-15a, miR-185, miR-211 (b).
