HeatMap of significantly altered CpG markers. By the union of three comparisons, including KD1 vs. FC, KD3 vs. FC and KD3 vs. KD1, there are totally 9,234 significantly altered CpG markers. The heatmap shows that methylation alteration caused by IVIG treatment is much more significant than the one caused by disease, which is consistent with the result in Fig. 2.
