Transfection with hsa-miR-30a mimic increases PTEN expression in MG63 cells. a The binding sequence of miR-30a was predicted by TargetScan online ayalysis. PTEN was predicted as a target of miR-30a-3p and the position 30-57 of PTEN 3’UTR might bind with hsa-miR-30a-3p. b MG63 cells were transfected with hsa-miR-30a mimic and mimic negative control for 24 h.
