Human PTX3 recognition of select Burkholderia sp. Binding between rhPTX3 and 106–107 bacteria was demonstrated via biotinylated anti-hPTX3 antibody and PE-labeled streptavidin. The data are representative of at least n = 2 independent assays. The data across all treatment groups are normalized to the number of cells
