KEGG pathway enrichment shows differences between ER+ and ER- HER2+ cell lines. The KEGG pathway enrichment analysis for the genes containing the H3K4me3 (K4) or H3K27me3 (K27) histone modifications for the ER- (a) and ER+ (b) HER2+ cell lines used in this study. The number in brackets at the bottom represents the number of individual genes with peaks located within −2000 to + 1000 bp from a TSS, the size of the dot represents the gene ratio of unique genes found to contain a peak within that pathway, the pathways that are enriched are labeled on the left-hand side, and the colour of the dot represents the range of adjusted p-values (p-value < 0.05)
