Meta-analysis of the mRNA expression levels of NEK2, NDC80 and CEP250 in five HCC vs. normal liver studies. The rank of a gene is the median rank for that gene across each of the analyses. The p value for a gene is its p value for the median-ranked analysis. Red represents high mRNA expression level, and blue represents low mRNA expression level. The darker the color, the more obvious the difference. The five studies were Chen Liver (1), Mas Liver (2), Roessler Liver (3), Roessler Liver 2 (4), and Wurmbach Liver (5)
