Plasma insulin and glucose concentration during OGTT in the patient. The results of before treatment showed that her FPG was 9.2 mmol/L, and 2-h post-load glucose was 11.9 mmol/L. The insulin releasing curve demonstrate a delay of insulin secretion peak at 120 min. The results of after treatment showed her FPG was 7.2 mmol/L and 2-h post-load glucose was 9.3 mmol/L. The peak of insulin secretion level was 97.3 mmol/L and occurred at 60 min
