The flowchart of prognostic lncRNAs module discovery in LUAD. The expression profile of lncRNA and mRNA as well as clinical data were retrieved from TCGA. To determine the lncRNA-correlated mRNAs, the lncRNA-mRNA correlation was quantified by SCC and MR. The lncRNA association was computed by PCC. The lncRNA pairs with PCC > 0.7 were selected to construct the lncRNA association networks. LncRNAs that affect prognosis were selected and pooled to evaluate the impact lncRNA modules on survival. To evaluate the performance of generic modular lncRNA signature, we conducted time-AUC analysis. Finally, functional enrichment analysis was used to reveal potential mechanisms that lncRNA modules involved in.
