The effects of the six missense mutations on the property of the transmembrane domain of HLA-A*11:335. These six mutations did not lead to a destructive effect on the helix structure of the transmembrane domain. Brown, gray, and white blocks indicate the extracellular, membrane interaction, and cytoplasmic domains, respectively.
