A Indicated to 50% methylation because half of amplicon are melted (double stranded DNA converts to single stranded DNA) at lower temperature which indicated to unmethylated cytosine replacement by uracil. B indicated to 100% unmethylated because all DNAs are melted at lower temperature. C Represent the 75% methylated promoter because ¼ of DNA are melted at lower temperature and ¾ are melted at higher temperature. D showed all runs over each other which should consider one by one like A, B, and C
