All models include age at death, RIN, and sequencing batch as covariates in addition to the variable of interest. Case vs RHI is modeled as a binary variable with RHI samples as the reference group. Years of play and AT8 are modeled as continuous variables. *Some samples were omitted in certain comparisons due to outlier or missing values
