Differential methylation in two twin pairs in a Circos plot covering all chromosomes. Circos plot representing differentially methylated regions in each affected twin as well as shared regions between both affected twins in our study. Red represents a decrease in methylation in the affected twin and blue represents an increase in methylation in the affected twin. The outside track represents differentially methylated regions in the affected member of Family 2, the middle track represents differentially methylated regions in the affected member of Family 1 and the inside track represents the shared regions found in both unrelated affected twins. Affected genes are labeled.
