Left) Ten breast cancer patients enrolled in the present study and the expression pattern of TAT is evaluated using real time RT-PCR in tumoral and adjacent normal tissues. Seven of ten patients had down-regulation of TAT gene compared to normal tissues, but two of them over-expressed it. (Right) Both type of mammospheres derived from MCF-7 and MDA-MB-231 revealed enhanced expression of TAT. The bars in MCF-7 and MDA-MB-231 indicated the Mean ±SD of at least three different experiments. ***: P≤0.001
