Clustering coefficient (CC) counted the fraction of realized interactions out of all possible pair-wise interactions among the direct neighbors of a given node. Newly mutated genes post-pazopanib resistance (“New”) had significantly higher CC than those pre-pazopanib resistance (“Old”) (p < 0.05)
