Altered methylation level of 18 imprinted genes between CHD and control groups. Methylation level of 18 imprinted genes between CHD and control groups. Compared with the normal group, 8 of the 18 imprinted genes in CHD showed abnormal methylation modification including GRB10, MEST, PEG10, NAP1L5, INPP5F, PLAGL1, NESP and MEG3.
