Expression levels are colored with a red-to-green gradient, where red and green represented up-regulation and down-regulation, respectively. The expression levels of PTCH1 b and GLI1 c were significantly up-regulated in six pairs of BCC versus ANCT, confirmed by real-time qPCR. **p value < 0.01 (two-tailed paired-sample t-tests; n = 12)
