Four continuously changed-clusters were obtained during the entire course of JEV infection. Expression level of a gene was represented by the ratio of expression values between infected and uninfected group. Expression patterns of all genes in the dataset based on the expression levels of different time points were organized into different clusters using the “Mfuzz” package in R 3.6.3. A Upregulated clusters; B Downregulated clusters. The clusters in the red box represent the continuously changing clusters
