Immunofluorescent analysis of wild-type and mutant forms of TUBB8 in HeLa cells. The over-expression of TUBB8 of wild-type and mutant protein in HeLa cells was detected by Confocal microscopy. Mouse anti FLAG-Tag was used as primary antibody. ABflo® 488-conjugated Goat Anti-Mouse IgG (H + L) was used as secondary antibody (green). Nuclei were stained with DAPI (blue). The green staining in the merged images indicates the location of wild-type and mutant forms of TUBB8. The results showed that both wild-type and mutant TUBB8 were expressed in cytoplasm.
