Nomogram and related assessment analyses. To assess the impact of factors such as gender, race, age, FAB, FA/NPM1/FA mutation, or cytogenetic risk, we utilized the “rms” and “regplot” R packages to generate a Nomogram for predicting the 1-, 3-, and 5-year survival rates of a given AML case within the TCGA-LAML cohort (a).
