SNPs rs4975596 and rs7736074 associate with in vitro tumour sensitivity to cetuximab. Patient genotypes and odds ratios were calculated for in vitro response to cetuximab, using the same panel of SNPs as in Figure 2. Genotype and response data were obtained for 118 Korean colorectal cancer patients from the GEO database (accession GEO 21228) as described previously [9].
