Cross validation of fGS B. Genes of the fGS B were mapped to three previously published breast cancer microarray datasets: A) Uppsala (GSE4922)[13]; B) Transbig (GSE7390)[6]; and C) Stockholm (GSE1456)[13]. HG1 and HG3 tumors from each dataset were used to calculate molecular grade profiles; HG2 tumors were classified as fMG 1-like or fMG 3-like (top panel) and sorted according to their molecular grade score (bottom panel).
